Mental Health in the Digital Age Lab events in recognition of Mental Health Week
Mental Health Week is May 5 to 11! In recognition of this, the Mental Health in the Digital Age (MHDA) Lab in the Frazer Faculty of Education is excited to present a series of events they will host throughout May to promote mental health awareness and well-being. These events are open to all students, staff, and faculty at Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ, as well as the public, including parents/guardians, educators, youth, and community members.

Featured event: on Wednesday, May 14, from 7 to 8:30 p.m., the MHDA Lab is hosting an online expert discussion panel exploring Netflix's trending series Adolescence. The panel will discuss themes from the series, including child and youth mental health, signs and symptoms of wellness, the role of technology, and how we can support our youth to navigate the digital age safely.
