Mindfulness and Mental Health Workshops in May
In recognition of May being Mental Health Month, your Wellness at Work team has organized various workshops to support your well-being.
Mindfulness - Coming out of Automatic Pilot
This session will begin with a settling practice, similar to a yoga practice, where participants will be to invited clear their minds. Then there will be a brief review of the practice intention, where participants will focus on their mindfulness goal, such as self-care or seeking to slow down for a moment. The main practice will be followed by a post-practice reflection and then a question-and-answer period. No experience required.
