At Â鶹ÊÓƵ, we believe every event deserves quality meals prepared with fresh, flavourful ingredients and exceptional service. From small meetings to large celebrations and events, we’ve made it easier to find catering that fits your needs. Our catering partners offer multiple convenient ways to place an order, making it simple to plan any occasion. While event hosts are free to choose any catering company, the Ancillary Services team has simplified the process by providing a list of preferred providers below:

Food Services by Dana Hospitality
For events with fewer than 100 guests:
- We offer a delicious selection of catering boxes consisting of: Breakfast, lunch, charcuterie, sweets, and light refreshments.
- Orders can be made online and must be picked up from Hunter's Kitchen at your scheduled time (located on the main floor of the Business and Information Technology building).
- A minimum of three business days' notice is required.
- We offer a 20 percent discount on the listed price for internal Â鶹ÊÓƵ catering clients/orders (some exclusions apply).
- NOTE: Our catering boxes replace previous menu offerings.
For larger events (100 guests or more):
- Menus and pricing are tailored to meet your specific needs and budget.
- Acceptance of larger orders is dependent on staff availability on your event day.
- At least 14 business days' notice is required for larger events.
- We offer a 20 percent discount on the listed price for internal Â鶹ÊÓƵ catering clients/orders (some exclusions apply)

Tim Hortons (catering for any size group)
- Provides their baking and brew catering menus at Tim Hortons in Shawenjigewining Hall.
- Orders can be placed in-person at the Tim Hortons location or by contacting the catering office by email at catering.ontariotech@dexterra.com.
- A minimum three days’ notice is required for all for orders.
- Pickup can be arranged at Tim Hortons or Hunter’s Kitchen.
- Due to our franchise agreement, we are unable to offer discounts on Tim Hortons catering orders.

Isabella’s Chocolate Café
- Since 2006, Isabella’s Chocolate Café (2 King Street East in Oshawa) has been sharing their passion for great food, hand-crafted espressos and great chocolate.
- Able to cater your small breakfast, lunch meeting, or larger group event.
- In-house baked goods are prepared fresh food daily and they're easily able to accommodate dietary restrictions, as needed.
